3. Account Authorization & Security
The Service connects to your TikTok account exclusively through standard OAuth 2.0 authorization protocols provided by TikTok Login Kit. We do not require, ask for, or store your personal TikTok account password.
You remain solely responsible for maintaining control over the credentials of any account you link and for any content published through your connected account.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full ownership, title, and copyright in all original content, video files, and intellectual property that you submit or publish through the Service. The Service claims no ownership rights over your creative works.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
